28 one-hour 15-minute ice sessions at Cardel from April 7th to June 21st. Hosting a Spring Tournament at Seven Chiefs with 5 two-hour games guaranteed May 1-3rd, 2026 and 7 August pre-camp conditioning skates after the long weekend in August. Sessions also include: Edge boss training, skill & shooting development, hitting intro, positional play & face-offs for centers and small area & full ice game play. Birth Years 2015, 2016 - LEVEL SILVER

A high-performance training experience built to elevate your game.
Led by Head Coach Megan Delay, former pro in North America and Europe and current Score Hockey shooting/skills coach, this program blends elite instruction with a supportive, competitive environment designed for serious female athletes.
20 x 75-minute practices where players will develop power skating and edge control, refine puck-handling and shooting, work through EdgeBoss skill progressions, and build positional awareness through both small-area battles and full-ice gameplay.
April 7 to June 18, 2026 at Seton Arena. $1200/player + GST (5%)

Sharpen your skills this spring with targeted, high-quality development sessions led by RDH High Performance coaches. These sessions are separate from team training and open to players looking for additional growth in specific areas of their game. Each session has limited spots to ensure high-level coaching and individual attention.
