RD HOCKEY High Performance Ice

Since 2018, RD Hockey has developed elite players through professional coaching and high-intensity environments

  • The RD Hockey High Performance Program challenges and provides top players the opportunity to train and develop within a competitive environment with coaches who are experts in their field and have professional coaching and/or playing experience

  • The focus of the program is to ensure that each player develops the essential skills needed to compete at the AAA / AA and Tier 1 Level

  • BE PREPARED TO BE CHALLENGED!

CUrrent programs

RD Hockey Elite Development Program

    • You are a player born in 2012-2018

    • You are playing at the AAA/AA/Tier 1 Level (Level Silver if female)

    • You are ready to be challenged by elite coaching

    • 20 one hour 15-minute Sessions at Cardel from April 7th to June 21st. 

    • Power Skating

    • Edge Boss Training

    • Skill development

    • Positional Play

    • Small Area and Full Ice game play 

    • 28 one hour 15-minute ice sessions at Cardel from April 7th to June 21st.  

    • Hosting a Spring Tournament at Seven Chiefs with 5 two-hour games guaranteed May 1-3rd, 2026

    • 7 August Pre camp conditioning skates after the long weekend in August

    • Edge Boss Training

    • Skill & Shooting Development

    • Positional Play & Face offs for centers

    • Small Area & Full Ice Game play

    • Hitting intro

    Please note there will be a try out for the 2014 Age group:

    • October 26th at 8:45am at Seven Chiefs 

    • 20 one hour ice sessions at Seton from April 7th to June 21st

    • 1 tournament RD Hockey will host with a minimum of five 2-hour games at Seven Chiefs May 1-3rd, 2026

    • Power Skating

    • Small Area and Full Ice game play

  • RD Hockey Elite Program:  Birth Years 2018, 2017, 2016

    • $1200/player + GST (50% will be due upon registration, and the remaining amount is due January 2, 2026) 

    RD Hockey Elite Program - Birth Years 2014, 2013, 2012

    • $2500/player + GST (50% will be due upon registration, and the remaining amount is due January 2, 2026) 

    The RD Female Hockey Elite Program - 2016 Age Group

    • $1500/player + GST (50% will be due upon registration and the remaining amount is due January 2, 2026)

  • Sharpen your skills this spring with 75 minutes of targeted, high-quality development sessions led by RDH High Performance coaches.

    These sessions are separate from team training and open to players looking for additional growth in specific areas of their game.

    Each session has limited spots to ensure high-level coaching and individual attention.

  • Defense Development: April 13 — 4:45 PM — Rink 1

    Forward Development: April 20 — 4:45 PM — Rink 1

    Goalie + Shooting Development: April 27 — 4:45 PM — Rink 1

    Face-Off Development: May 4 — 4:45 PM — Rink 1

    Goalie + Shooting Development: May 11 — 4:45 PM — Rink 1

    Forward + Defense Development: May 25 — 4:45 PM — Rink 1

    1-on-1 Play in All Areas of the Ice: (D-Zone, Offensive Zone, Off the Rush)
    June 1 — 4:45 PM — Rink 1

    Small Area + Full-Ice Game: June 8 — 8:40 PM — Rink 1
