RD Female HOCKEY High Performance Ice

Since 2018, RD Hockey has developed elite players through professional coaching and high-intensity environments

  • The RD Hockey High Performance Program challenges and provides top players the opportunity to train and develop within a competitive environment with coaches who are experts in their field and have professional coaching and/or playing experience

  • The focus of the program is to ensure that each player develops the essential skills needed to compete at theAAA / AA and Tier 1 Level

CUrrent programs

RD FEMALE HOCKEY Elite Development Program

    • You are a player born in 2012-2017

    • You are playing at Level Silver

    • You are ready to be challenged by elite coaching

    • 20 one hour ice sessions at Seton from April 7th to June 21st

    • 1 tournament RD Hockey will host with a minimum of five 2-hour games at Seven Chiefs May 1-3rd, 2026

    • Power Skating

    • Edge Boss Training

    • Skill & Shooting development

    • Positional Play

    • Small Area and Full Ice game play

  • 15 × 75 min ice sessions can be custom towards your groups focus they want:

    • EdgeBoss skills training

    • Shooting & puck-handling development

    • Positional awareness

    • Small-area games & full-ice play
