Junior Hitmen 3v3 Skills program
Professional lead coaching with competitive drills, played within a reduced playing area. Ice sessions will simulate game situations to enhance players’ skills and decision making.
RDH Hockey Program
Designed to challenge elite players by providing a platform to train and develop in a highly competitive environment. Guided by professional coaches with extensive playing and coaching experience, participants will refine the skills needed to compete at the AAA/AA level.

Senior Instructor - Matt Kinch
Matt Kinch is a former WHL and Professional hockey defenseman of 17 years. Signed out of junior with the New York Rangers after playing 5 years with the Calgary Hitmen. When the lockout hit and stopped the NHL season he went overseas and played in the top leagues of Switzerland, Germany and Austria. Wanting to come back and give it another shot in North America Matt came back and signed with the Ottawa Senators and then the San Jose Sharks before heading back to Germany to finish off his pro hockey career.
COACHING EXPERIENCE
Head Coach in Springbank minor hockey association from ages U9 to U15 for 7 years. Level 1 or AAA for 6 years and Level 2 or AA for 1 year.
Assistant coach of Calgary Red for U15 Alberta Winter Games in 2019.
Defenseman guest coach with Edge Prep U15 2019-2020
Co -Owner and on ice coach for the Kinch Moran Hockey School for 10 years from 2008-2018 2021-2023 helped staff and run sessions for the Jr.Hitmen Hockey Spring 3vs3 program.
2024 June to Mid SeptemberMatt organized and ran Skill Development and Captain practices for the NHL Calgary Flames players, draft picks and prospects.
